document layout, design, styles or formatting?

Different fonts, layout, heading styles, numbering, table of contents, indents etc will appear in the documents and in the past have been difficult to control.  Now, with a suite of templates, with a template for each type of document it is possible to enforce consistency throughout an organisation.
